About THIS PROJECT
A brand walking into a new home needs more than a logo swap. Yakima was being introduced to the Repco audience, and the film had to make that audience feel something before they cared about a single spec.
So we didn’t start with the product. We started with a feeling: the tension and craft of a pit stop. Four silent crew, helmets on, building a rig like a race team under pressure. Red light, smoke, slow motion, hero music. The kind of moment you watch twice.
We wrote in small gags on purpose - The tallest crew member ducking under the door. A beer bottle cracked open during the montage. Play kept it human. The polish kept it premium. Both mattered for the client and teh outcome.
The result was one hero film and a set of teasers and cutdowns, built to carry Yakima through launch and stay useful again at Bathurst.
